Surrounded by bright dahlias, wispy cosmos, and the cold mist of morning, the women of Star Acres Flower Farm harvest their stunning crop. On a summer Friday, I was lucky enough to visit to photograph what makes Star Acres special: their village. Founded by a mother-daughter duo, Star Acres has a strong community of family and almost-family that help make their dream a reality.
