Meet the Roast:
This heirloom batch of beans from our Ethopian farming partners was grown at high-altitude, giving the coffee an unapologetic tang and clementine acidity. Processed with honey fermentation, the coffee has an expressive floral body with a complex sweetness and warm aftertaste of date and dry cacao.
